We do not feel that this lawyer was aggressive enough in the courtroom and did not present the evidence completely. The person we were up against had a lawyer who doesn't even specialize in our issue, he presented evidence that damned his own client yet we lost. It was partially the judge , however we feel that Ms. Perkins could have done a lot more with all the evidence we gave her to work with. We were also not notified until a week before the trial that we could bring witnesses, thus limiting the number of available people who could help us because of the short notice.
