Fern has served as mediator for literally dozens of my cases and has rarely failed to achieve settlement. I understand that she has a 92% success rate and in all matters for which she is engaged, and that rate of success is consistent with my and my clients' exerience. In all of my matters in which she has been involved, she always attended well prepared, was knowledgable o the applicable facts and law. Repeatedly over the years, she has done wonderful work, always developing great repore with my clients, myself and opposing counsel.
