“I contacted this company almost a month ago in regards to assistance on a Real Estate closing. I spoke with Ms. Smith (title person) prior to sending over documents to be certain that I understood what was expected of all parties involved including this company. I sent over all the required documents via email, did not receive an initial confirmation until I reached out a second time.”
