He charged $10,000 and said he didn't know my ex's family, but I found out later that he did. In my divorce, he failed to work in my favor, made me send back $21,600 in FEMA funds after I lost everything in a flood (he made me send it back if I didn't agree to give my ex half, even though the ex wasn't put out or issued the funds - FEMA didn't even understand why the money was sent back!), he worried about what was fair to my ex over what was fair to me, and he failed to depose my ex after I was deposed all day long over things that weren't even relevant. My ex forged my name, was looking at child erotica, and stole my truck, but Earnie failed to question him. He bribed an agreement by threatening me with court and more attorney fees when he already charged me $10,000, over triple his normal fee. I was told he was the best, but he failed miserably, being the worst attorney I have ever had. If you are divorcing and he knows your ex or your ex's family, DO NOT HIRE.
