WORST EXPERIENCE WITH AN ATTORNEY I’VE EVER HAD!! Smith & Smith LLP was recommended to me then hired to do a simple deed transfer for a land sale. The deed transfer was created and ready to be picked up by the new owner. A problem was encountered during the process. Instead of investigating the already resolved issue, Smith & Smith LLP refused to look into it and follow through with the job that he had already been paid to do. They decided to simply refund my payment and walk away so I had to start all over with a new attorney. After procuring one, I found out that I was probably lucky that I did. Smith & Smith LLP didn’t offer or provide additional federally required steps to the transfer. My new attorney was surprised. Maybe they backed out because of incompetence and the fact that a simple land transfer is more than they are equipped to handle. I don’t know. Proceed with extreme caution if you’re thinking about using Smith & Smith LLP. Their only redeeming factor was that the receptionist was nice and very helpful. Responding to Mr. Smith’s comment below; when you have been married over 40 years, you work as a team. I actually couldn’t post her comments because they are worse than mine.

I have practiced for over 30 years and If I need to use a local attorney it will be Attorney Smith he can be trusted and get things done.

Mr. Smith is always busy last man the second Wendy's his secretary and she's very friendly
