This is a great law firm! I highly recommend her! I have not ever had any issues! You won't be disappointed! :)

I was told by Ms. Citrin,in June, she could not help me with my case. She wished me good luck, withdrawing. Days later the paralegal phoned asking me "When my home was delivered?" I then reached back out to Ms. Citrin thinking she had changed her mind, she was going to help me after all. The paralegal phoned me telling me to "Stop contacting Ms. Citrin, she could not help me with my case, wished me good luck". I was confused. There was a lack of communication. When I returned home in August, after my dad passed. I had received a letter from Ms. Citrin giving me a deadline to contact her, she could help me with my case. I didn't respond to the letter because the deadline had expired. I started looking for other attorneys to help me but no one would help me. I'm sorry for the communication problem however Citrin Law firm could have handle the process much better. I wished I could've spoken to Ms. Citrin directly about the communication problem we where all having. I heard she's a great attorney.

A scammer was using her name on indeed to hire and scam people. I called her office and was made to feel like I done the wrong for calling to ask if it was real or not. We went thru emotional Chaos from the scammers using her name and I'm sure she's a great lawyer and all but I turned everything over to her assistant and never even got a courtesy email back saying thank you for reporting this. I had turned down another job thinking this one was real and lost it so if ANYONE ON ANY SITE SAYS THEIR HIRING FROM THIS AGENCY.....JUST CALL THEIR OFFICE. THEY WILL TELL YOU. SCAMMERS are getting brave using a lawyers name and office. If I could I'd sue the scammers for the emotional and financial number they done on me so I can't imagine how Miss Citrin feels as their using her name and office to get your trust. But like I said rating as a lawyer I cannot because I haven't had her as one but THOUGHT I had a job there as a remote agent. Just PLEASE BE ALERT IF YOU SEE THIS PLACE HIRING. ITS PROBABLY NOT REAL.
