Super unprofessional. Their website says free consultation… which means the secretary getting general info about your case and passing it into an attorney who will than refuse to actually listen to your case… borders on false advertisement. Person at the headquarters didn’t even know who Ron Settles was… I’ll take my business elsewhere. Super disappointed.

At the Cochran Firm I was treated like family and not another client. Mr Larry, Mrs. Sherry and John really cared about me and my family. Always keep me updated

Attorney Jessica K. Givens from the Dothan branch of the Cochran Firm mailed to me a letter declining to represent me in a lawsuit. However, once my case was referred to the Dothan office, I never received one phone call from them asking me any questions about my case. On my initial phone call to a Cochran firm call center, I spoke to an intake specialist named Amanda, and it went very well. She was very professional, but I don't believe she was stationed in Alabama. Amanda was very understanding of what I was going through with my legal issues. If I could give 2 different ratings, I would give intake specialist Amanda a 5 star. I'm moreso leaving this poor review for the Cochran firm's Dothan office. I wanted to pay the Cochran firm to be a resource for legal advice. I didn't want them to represent me in court. The reason why I turned to the Cochran Firm is because I believed they had a good reputation through my research, but I believe the Dothan branch could use some lessons in professionalism and ethics. By the grace of God, I was able to file successfully my civil case in federal court on my own.
