Another law firm that cherry picks there work do not expect them to fight for you because they won't in fact i wouldn't recommend them to anyone for anything incompetent employees couldn't get the proper address even though I gave it to them at least five times.

Compassionate and understanding when people really need it. The entire staff (except for 1 person whose body language indicated some judgment) is helpful and makes a difficult time in life a little more bearable.
