I have Mr McGhee as a court appointed lawyer. I deal mainly with his paralegal Ms Erin who is amazing. She always answers my emails and I feel that I am in good hands. I can not say enough about how glad I am to be appointed this team. If you have to choose a lawyer this is the one you should get. Thank you Mr McGhee and especially you Ms Erin. Mr. McGhee is one of the best court appointed lawyers, if not the best, ive ever met. When I was in city jail about 5 years ago I was granted trustee, where I was able to leavd the jail daily to go to to the court room to run documents back and forth to the magistrate office. Every case or trial that Mr. McGhee was appointed to, he won! Every single one. He is a very smart man and will do whatever he has to to win your case!

I havent personally used this firm but as I sat in a courtroom waiting for my family members trial, this law firm not only took 10 + cases to trial in that week but won 7 of those trials during that week. They were quite impressive. I hope to never need their help but if I do need legal help I'm definitely calling this firm.

Scott Smith and his team of highly skilled paralegals, office administrators and receptionist helped us navigate through a very challenging custody matter that involved multiple states. He never promised us an outcome, but vowed he would fight hard for us. That he did! Because of the hard work his team put into our case, we know our grandchildren are safe now.
