I highly recommend this law firm. I have used them in the past and they were great and they are still great. Scott Smith put in a lot of work for me dealing with state and federal agencies to correct a clerical issue. He is very professional and talks directly to you when he needs to discuss things about your case.

Mr. Smith and his paralegal Ms. Mason went above and beyond to obtain the best possible settlement in my divorce. Because this was the end of a 33 year marriage they were very thorough in obtaining all the information needed in order to have a fair division of financial and property assets, along with the facts needed in obtaining a fair alimony settlement. I had moved to another state for my own peace of mind, but I was always kept informed. I did have to return for a temporary support hearing and mediation, which was to be expected. From the time my ex-spouse was served with papers to the finalization of the the divorce was about 7 months. I feel very blessed that Mr. Smith and Ms. Mason were able to bring closure as quickly as they did in my contested divorce process. Mr. Smith knows the family law concerning divorce matters and can go about this process in a calm and respectful manner to everyone that's involved yet get his point across in the best interest of his client. If you are needing a divorce lawyer that will be looking out for you - his client I highly recommend Mr. Smith and his staff.

Communication's not their strong suit...in the end they did what was expected but as an out of state client the lack of communication was distressing in moments. In the end it was okay...did represent me and were better about communicating.

Please excuse the raving of someone who obviously is angry she didn't get her way. Shaun McGhee was both professional and speedy in helping me to settle my divorce. It was a very long process and yet he stayed beside me until the job was finished. He didn't offer me any special deals or discounts. All I received was the best services he could provide to help me through this time. I would highly recommend this firm for any and all legal predicaments that they represent. I am truly grateful that they were there to advise and guide me through a very tough time in my life. Five stars isn't enough of a rating, this firm definitely made its more.
