Potential conflict of interest and lack of transparency
“Very unprofessional and biased. Back when I was in my late teens, I went in for help and they took my case which was great. When I didn't hear back for awhile, I called them and they told me they couldn't take my case anymore because the persons I was suing had hired them in the past.”

Unresponsive and lack of follow-through

Review stated nothing but positivity which is why I went with him, but for the past two months I have been trying to get a speeding ticket handled from when I was passing through Alabama. It has taken two months for his secretary to get back with me on even prices for how much he cost, or any type of resolution to my ticket other than she will keep trying to get a hold of somebody else.”
