A lawyer that really cared. The staff could not be more helpful or well informed. Definitely a team you can trust.

I would give this office a ZERO if I could!! My ex and I went into an UNCONTESTED adoption and this was starting in Aug 18’ and it finally went to court middle of Dec 18’. The incompetence, unresponsive, lack of follow through and disrespectful asstistant and lawyer are the issues. I received attitude that was unjustified when I called for my updates when they said they would call. Due to my ex paying for said adoption they used profanity at me and said we will speak to our client, do not call us anymore! That was ridiculously unprofessional! I have been nothing but truly helpful and the only time I got true updates was when I went in person! I gave 99.9%of all documents required. Any update you ask for or they offer will not happen. My child was born out of state and we are trying to get them to send the necessary papers out to get a new birth certificate issued and I’ve gotten the biggest run around! They even told me to do it myself when they were paid to do this service! I respectfully stated that they had from August to get this sorted and asked why it was taking so long and that’s where the assistant “Toni” used profanity then assumed to go onto a rant and hung up on me because I asked a simple question..if that shouldn’t throw a flag idk what would. They point blame and don’t take responsibility for their shortcomings and bill for service that shouldn’t have to happen! DHR lost the papers...”oh I’m not sure when I can get to it” ...they are a joke! When the court hearing happened they didn’t even have all the papers necessary even though we showed up prepared! And getting our copies of said papers took even longer! “Oh he hasn’t checked the box” Their office is legit across the street from the court house! Please I urge anyone who might stumble upon this DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME and MONEY with this poor excuse of a legal office! I’ll be happy to answer any and all questions y’all have :) please make good choices when selecting a good lawyer!

He spent a lot of time talking with me, but wasn't very friendly, or interested in taking my case.

His website is expect Moore, but expect less. My wife and I saw William Moore about a case we were looking in to recently. After 2 meetings, he told us we had a case and would get back to us in a week. Two weeks later no word, we called and was told he would call us. Another month of weekly check-ins went by and nothing. We finally gave up after not being afforded the courtesy of a simple call back. P.S. if you pay him by the hour, be careful. He likes to go on longwinded stories about nothing that even pertains to why you are there.
