Amy Marshall is absolutely remarkable!!! A few years ago, I put all my faith and trust in Chris and Amy and entrusted them to take on my Child Custody Case. I was so worried! Filled with anxiety and fear. I was fighting the most important battle of my life. Trying to win full custody of my 9 year old son. At first I had so many doubts. As an active duty Apache Pilot stationed in Kansas. I didn’t think at first I would have a good chance at getting sole physical custody of my boy. From day one they were 100 percent focused and on target. There were times during our 8 hour court hearing that I was simply amazed by their professionalism, relentless dedication, and their unwavering determination towards the end goal! Ensuring my son was placed in the right hands. Long story short… I won full custody of my precious son and I will forever be grateful and thankful for this law firm. A few months ago. I was notified that there was a motion placed to modify custody once again. I immediately thought to my self.. will this nightmare ever end... My ex wife made false accusations and tried to persuade the courts that there has been a material change in circumstances. Which was granted by the judge and they set a court date. Again instantly worried that I may be at risk of losing custody of my son after battling for months to get sole custody in the first place. I immediately got a call from Amy and was told not to worry. She said we will see you at court at 9 am. The only tasking thing I had to do was drive 15 hours from Kansas to Alabama and simply show up. Not going to sugar coat the way I felt initially. I was terrified. I felt like I didn’t do enough or prepare enough for this. Amy reassured me and said We got this! Amy took care of absolutely everything and absolutely crushed it in court. Again blown away by how she was direct, to the point and made sure the courts knew the facts and diminished any chance of me losing my son. Let’s just say within a few hours I got the news from the judge that the motion to modify was denied and that I get to keep my boy. I will never be able to truly express my gratitude towards Mrs. Amy. She is absolutely the person you want sitting next to you regardless of your circumstances. If you need a lawyer with knowledge and expertise look no further. I promise you they will not disappoint. They take personal pride in your case and make you feel like family the entire time. If I could give Amy more than 5 stars I would but unfortunately google wont allow that.
