Randy was awesome!! He was on my case from day 1 when I initially filed in 2019. Of course I got denied as most people do at first. He was on it and filed my appeal on the spot. He kept me informed of everything as it happened and kept me staying positive throughout the whole process. He even let me know when he was gonna be out of pocket for a few days so if I needed him I wouldn't freak out. He called me the day he got notice I was approved. He was so excited to tell me!!
