James Lambert with Lambert Law handled my dad's estate. He also helped me go through the steps to buy parents house out of a reverse mortgage. He spent extensive hours working through the steps to get me in my home, contacting my dads creditors, and getting all bills paid so we could close the estate. I had no idea how to go about buying my parents house from a reverse mortgage. I kept running into brick walls with the mortgage company. James made phone calls and emails daily to accomplish my goal of buying my parents house. I can not thank James K.
