This guy will tell you that YOU are wrong and YOU should be better even without knowing anything about your situation except from whats on your record. Absolutely rude and angry at times when you want to ask simple questions about your case.

I hired James Engelhaler as my attorney for a marijuana citation. He did not help me and wanted me to do time. I was scolded by him and was told I was a drug addict when I have never been arrested or even received a ticket. He told me there was no reason for me to be on medication for my anxiety and PTSD. I was not represented well and he wanted me in trouble even though the judge thought otherwise. He is so rude and I will never recommend him.
