Potential lack of attentiveness or professionalism
“So when the judge called my friends name to walk up, my friend looked over at Mr. Abel waiting on him to get up(mean while the judge has already called my friends name 3 or 4 times) so when my friend looked over at him to see when to walk up how about Mr. Abel was KNODDED OUT in the back of the court house.”
