It is nearly impossible to get Mr. Santos to return a phone call, email, or text. I feel like they were very disorganized & unprepared, and did not seem at all interested or concerned with my case, which was a very serious matter. I owe them thousands of dollars & feel like I would have been better off representing myself. ***EDITED TO ADD: In response to the firm’s accusation that I owe them money, that is a joke. When I reached out to the firm & requested a finalized invoice so I could review it & send payment, they wrote back & said for me to “forget about the invoices. We don’t want your money.” This is probably due to Mr. Santos wanting me to stay quiet about the multiple ethics violations by him & his staff throughout the course of my case.

Mr. Santos responds quickly and communicates effectively with the immigration officials. He was able to clear an issue I had in the final phase of my citizenship application and now I’m scheduled for the oath for the citizenship. I highly recommend Santos & Associates!
