Dropped my wife’s case 1 month before her disability hearing. Claimed he couldn’t reach her by phone even though her number hasn’t changed in 8 years. Somehow managed to reach us by letter AFTER he informed the court that he was not representing my wife. A letter before that would have been nice... and it wasn’t like my wife wasn’t in touch with his office. She had called just a couple weeks prior to the letter. Now we have to scramble to find representation. Good luck just weeks before the case.
