Around 1989 Phillip price represented me in a DUI case in which I was not guilty. I had parked my pickup truck about a quarter mile away from a bar I was planning on having a few drinks in. I walked to the bar from the motel where I had parked. I had not checked into the hotel yet. After leaving the bar, I walked back to the motel and checked in. The parking spot where it had parked was a few doors down from the room I was given the key to. An officer circling the motel seen me moving my truck. And though I may have been trying to break into it. He made contact with me before I entered my room and smelled beer on my breath. After he realized it was actually my truck I was about to move, I was arrested for DUI. According to the dash cam video we seen in court, even the judge said that I didn't seem impaired. Mr price had me assist in gathering evidence since I was the only one who knew the whole story and the case was dismissed saving my CDL driver's license and a heap of trouble. I had not been charged with a DUI prior to or since this event. Thank you Mr. Price!
