Foxtrot helped me with my divorce proceedings and custody agreement. I am satisfied with how my case was handled. Communication between Heather, Veronica, Keely, and I was very clear and handled well. Most of the questions I had were answered within a day. Scheduling for in person appointments were available at times that were reasonable and minimal schedule changes occurred. My only concerns are with some of the methods of communication and the communication policy. Inner office communications could be a little better as some information, that would have been helpful when drafting my agreements, didn’t seem to be passed along. Stephen was willing to hear out my concerns during my exit interview, and did so with genuine interest. He listened to my few criticisms/concerns and addressed them as well as provided much appreciated and needed advice. Overall I am pleased with how my case was handled. I appreciate that Stephen listens to his clients and shows an interest in making sure he and his team have been able to provide the best services for their clients.

Foxtrot Family Law is horrible!! I have paid to retain there service. They sat on my paperwork. They didn't do anykind of discovery. They didn't even talk to anyone. They did not do anything for me whatsoever!! I would recommend you find someone else that would help you instead of looking for a paycheck!!

Honest, better than most in the area but unable to get anywhere with the way the court system is. Going to court is somewhat a waste of $$ everything pushed to mediate. Try and so it yourself before dropping $8K on lawyers.

My experience with Foxtrot Family Law was excellent from the initial meeting with Mike, the client relationship specialist, down to the exit meeting with Stephen. Everyone on staff is personable and have a great attitude with every correspondence. Sree was instrumental in making sure our agreement was written in a way that met everyone’s best interest and answered all questions without hesitation. Divorce and child custody are not a path anyone ever hopes to take but I would 100% recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in this situation.
