Let me start off by saying, it's not often you hear that it's a pleasure to work with a law firm. But Foxtrot gets it right. Let's start with Vanessa, the assistant. She is a Rockstar. She truly made me feel cared for and heard. She checks in on you, follows up, cheers for you, gets frustrated with you (not at you, but when something is upsetting or the person you are in court fighting with does something to upset you), roots for you on court days and so on. She truly cares about you as a person, not just a client. Every paw firm ahould have a Vanessa. Next is Heather, another assistant. She jumps in when needed, and assists with many things. She too a Rockstar, who also makes things more personable and not transactional. She roots for you as well. Sree represented me. And let me say, if you are looking for an understanding family lawyer, to fight, he's your guy. He may be busy, but he always finds time to get in touch when you need him and answer any questions, or help with a situation. He listened to me, he saw what others didn't on the outside. He saw my situation, and helped me by me not feeling alone and feeling like I was overreacting or helped make me feel like my feelings were valid on the situations. He fought for me. My case wasn't a difficult one, we thought. But that changed and it became a cyclone. He helped guide me and reassure me and validated me. You honestly can't ask for a better lawyer to have on your side. Last, but not least, Stephen. Stephen is the one I had a consultation with and is the owner. He truly dives in and figures out the issues, he asks lots of questions and helps answer questions and really breaks down what he feels and legally what things are. He gets a great understanding of your specific needs in a case, and sets up the game plan moving forward, and can offer some reassurance. When I had my consultation, I felt relieved afterwards, because I saw that Stephen really understands the laws, and understands how to effectively, legally, go about things and helps you understand the do's and don't. I knew my entire process I was well looked after and cared for. It felt more personable, and not so business like, which I TRULY appreciated the most. If you are looking for a solid family firm, that's smaller, and not one of those big firms who will just charge you insanely and not always know family law, and treat you as a number, then you need to go to Foxtrot! I promise you won't regret it.
