Needing a family lawyer was something I didn't expect to need and after being dropped by my first law firm I contacted foxtrot. Being in a fight with family over a child in DHR care was frustrating and scary. Foxtrot made this whole process easier and bearable. Foxtrot Family Law is the BEST law firm I have ever had represent me. I have a pretty difficult case that has been ongoing since 2011 and was originally in a different state. I’ve had numerous attorneys represent me before and they were the worst. Since I don’t live here in Alabama it was hard for me to spend money on another attorney that I thought would just take my money and make excuses why nothing was getting accomplished like the previous attorneys I’ve had. Boy, was I wrong. I read all their reviews and set up the consultation. Stephen listened and he heard me. For the first time in years someone was actually listening to me and trying to come up with a plan to help me. After the consultation I decided to hire Foxtrot. There was no doubt in my mind that this was going to be the best law firm to represent me. While everyone in the office works together as a team, Sree, is my attorney, that represents me and comes to court with me and makes sure all of my issues are addressed and taken care of. When I say this man is the BEST, he is the truly the BEST. He’s always responsive and communicates with me about anything that’s going on with my case. He has made so much progress in my case in the last 9 months than any other attorney in the last 9 years. If you need an attorney who is going to fight for you and your children, you should definitely hire Foxtrot.They really want what’s best for you and your children. They told me I had to wait 45 days to get my remaining balance from my retainer then they tell me I have to go to an exit meeting and it will not be billed. In that meeting that was truly useless I was finally cut a check for the remaining balance. Fast forward a mounts or two and I get a bill from Foxtrot Family Law for 200 dollars. I called and they said it was for the exit meeting I tried to remind them that the paralegal who did most of my work said this meeting was not billed and the lawyer who I meet with said the meeting was not billed. But they keep trying to bill me. In all they charge for a lot of Odense that are really not necessary. And are not very professional in how they handle business.

I cant say enough good things about foxtrot!! They went above and beyond! They helped me not only to resolve my case but to have peace of mind! They really treated us like family!! Anytime I had a question no matter time of day they were quick to answer. Even if I just needed to vent my frustration they were always there!! If you have any issues with Dhr DONT TRY TO DO IT ALONE!! I learned the hard way you need an attorney and not just any but Steven @ foxtrot!
