Hiring Foxtrot Family Law was the worst choice ever. I gave them 1 star here only because there was no option for less. In just 3 weeks time, I was charged $4,000 for nothing but anxiety and frustration. Communication was next to impossible and was only handled through the Google Chat app. I’m not tech-savvy and was uncomfortable with it, and my messages and questions were sometimes not even answered. There was never a set plan of action, I was left hanging for weeks, needing financial support from my husband, which I never received. The only thing Sree Ravi did for me was write a letter to my husband with my response to his settlement offer. This was not accepted, and after seeing how large my legal fees were in such a short time, and with no current income, I was forced to fire Foxtrot and settle w/my husband at his attorney’s office. I have spoken with Sree and Stephen, and I never felt any compassion or caring on their part - only greed. I voiced my frustration and disappointment concerning their huge legal fees and what I received, or rather didn’t receive, for 3 weeks and $4,000. I asked if they could please refund me a portion of that? They said “No”. Trusting Foxtrot was the worst decision ever, and made the most traumatic time in my life even worse.

And that hired foxtrot and they took their money they never even filed for her divorce and no face-to-face communication it was all through a group text never any personal customer service now my friend had a bad settlement and feels very betrayed and taking advantage of with the $4000 bill for a three week period and didn’t even file for the divorce or any emergency income.

Ladies and gentlemen. I am a United States veteran. I am a resident of Missouri. I married a woman while I was in the service. Things did not work out. The money was more important to her. I ended up getting a divorce four years later after not seeing her the whole time. The divorce was finalized in 2014 and she flat out ignored it. Here we are 10 years later, and she is claimed she has been married to me the whole time. At the same time as being married to another man and having a child with him. Foxtrot law use the law in the correct form that it should be used to protect people like me in my situation. They did an exceptional job for what they were handed. If I have any advice, it is to use these guys because they know what they are doing. They will fight for you. And again, I thank all of you at foxtrot for helping me avoid being taken advantage of. Keep up the hard charge!

I felt that the paperwork that was drawn up on my case did not reflect what my divorce paperwork said. I had been trying to get answers about this issue to no avail. He is never available. He is always to busy for me and he's always in court.

The legal advice that I received at Foxtrot regarding custody modification was great. My attorney Kimia was very to the point, honest, and up front, which, in the end, saved me quite a bit of money and kept me diving into a huge headache. The communication and team setup on Google Chat and the use of Google drive was pretty user friendly as well. The only concern and suggestion that I have is when it comes to disbursement of any leftover funds. I would highly suggest informing any future clients that disbursement of funds can take “xx” amount of days and can only be given back in check form, in order to manage client expectations. Other than that, the staff is professional, responsive, and very helpful.

I went to Foxtrot for legal representation in a divorce. My attorney Stephen come up with an initial offer which was rejected from the start by the other party. At mediation we were able to get back to that initial offer and get closure. I feel like Foxtot took care of me and cared about me as a person. Don’t get me wrong, it was not instant and took several months, but I felt like I was in good hands. Thanks for helping me get closure on this chapter of my life and now I can move on.

The customer service at Foxtrot was excellent. They helped me throughout the entire process of my case. Highly recommend!!

These people are terrible! All they want is money and no one does any work. They lie about filing paperwork. The lawyers never meet with you. Barely in the office, the interns/paralegals is running this place. The only people that seems to communicate is the finance department about money.I met with other lawyers just for them to tell me that this firm never filed anything. Learn more about my case in a 1 hour meeting then i ever got from this firm. Everything is on this app and they send documents to you but don’t ever file them. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. I will be reporting them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARN MONEY.

I had a very disappointing experience with this group. I will not share the details here but found the advice I received to be poorly informed and their attention to detail or timelines poor. I basically paid them $2000 for the lawyer to give me bad information (which I found later was inaccurate) and make no headway on my case. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

After multiple lawyers, we found Foxtrot. We were having constant struggles with our adopted child and needed serious help. Foxtrot was non judgmental and willing to do the hard work to get the help that we needed. If you have DHR/ adoptive troubles, I would highly recommend Foxtrot law.
