I had a TPR case with Foxtrot and ended up reaching an agreement outside the courtroom, the case took 6 months. It started off rough with a lack of communication, but after a switch of representative within the firm, we got on track. I wish I had a better sense of expectations going in and was kept up to date with what was going on in the case. I had to ask for updates rather than being provided them. They are open and accepting of constructive criticism and improved over the time of the case.
