I feel he wasn't competent enough to go to court. He allowed the Insurance company to start the negotiations. I have since found out its better to write a demand letter and ask double what you feel your case is worth. I finally settled, even though I swore I wouldnt unless I was made whole. I settled ONLY because I felt my lawyer wasn't going to do me any justice in court. Im not confident that he shared the information I sent him to share with the insurance company. It was a stressful time! He only added to my stress.

My goodness, where to start. I didn't expect to ever need a personal injury attorney, but when we were rear ended, and my back and neck were hurt, I decided to call Tyler. We were having a hard time communicating or receiving help for auto repair, as well. Once Tyler became involved, no more problems with car repair (just a plus). I was able to receive the compensation for my injuries in a timely fashion. No stress was on me, after Tyler became involved. He made everything easy for me. I preferred mail over email or travel to the office. I was accommodated in all my issues. He was always, personally available. I understand that this is unusual in attorneys. He and his staff were kind and helpful. They let me know, when some time passed, that they were still on the case, so that I didn't have to call them about where we stood. He explained everything in a way that I understood, and made sure it was clear to me. He's a unicorn, among personal injury. I will recommend him to anyone.

I had a car accident and Tyler Mann law firm represented me, and I am not happy at all because they promise thing’s that they don’t do. I pray to God to never need another lawyer but this law firm I would NEVER hire them again to represent me. It’s a company that I would not recommend to absolutely NOBODY !!!
