This is what I call a back office lawyer. Attorneys like this are only looking to send a letter possibly make a phone call and get you some compensation they don’t like seeing the inside of a court room they don’t like pursuing cases that are potentially difficult they are only looking for the quick money. They take 30-60% of the settlement amount for simply writing a letter demanding compensation. There is nothing wrong with taking a fee there is nothing wrong with sending a letter demanding compensation. The problem lies in the fact that the attorney is not interested in pursuing your case far enough to get real compensation. Attorneys like the set back in their offices on their computer and phones all day but rarely make it to the courtroom. This is why they’re not charging fees when they Are not able to provide you with favorable results reason being is because they don’t have much invested they don’t have a lot of time invested they don’t have anything material wise invested other than maybe a sheet of paper in an envelope.

Great lawyer

I spoke to Mr Mann briefly on my lunch and he said he could help me. He called me the next day and ask if I had any questions. I wanted to think through everything and told him he would be the attorney I used. A few weeks later I tried calling him to schedule a meeting to discuss my case. I have called twice and left messages and he never returned my calls. Also sent an email and still have not heard from him. Very disappointed.

Tyler Mann was so helpful to my husband and I after our accident. Very professional, returned all phone calls promptly and worked very hard to get us reimbursed for all our medical bills. I would recommend his services to anyone who is looking for assistance.

OKAY FOLKS DONT CALL THIS ATTORNEY HE WILL SELL YOU OUT IHE WAS RECOMMENDED TO ME LIKE A DUMMY I CALLED HIM AND WAS GOING TO GIVE IT A SHOT BUT THEN 2 WEEKS LATER HE CALLED AND BASCILLY LEFT ME HANGING HE BELIEVED THE OTHER PERSON OVER ME I ASK TO SEE THE VIDOE AND KROGER WOULD NOT RELEASE IT THATS MR MANN SO CALLED WORDS PLUS HE TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD NOT PURSUE WITH MY CASE SO I FOUND A BETTER LAWYER THATS TAKING MY CASE AND I WAS TOLD TO WATCH OUT FOR ATTORNEYS ADVERTISING ON TV THAT THEY ARE ALL CROOKS!!!!!!!! PLEASE DONT CALL MR MANN HE WILL WANT 33% if it don’t go to court and over 40% if it goes to court LOL HES A CON THANKS!!!!!
