Jason and Jennifer McCartha are wonderful and easy to work with while getting an Estate Plan in order. The way Jason and Jennifer break the law down into laymen terms is amazing; because let's face it, unless you are a lawyer, half the terms that come along with Estate Planning leaves you saying "uhm, whaaat" over and over again. Never filed my lost wages. Heard all kinds of excuses why they couldn't (different depending on which attorney you were talking to) but all the doctors I seen said, no work. It would have been as easy as a phone call and email situation but never happened. In stead I got 5 weeks of physical therapy (that didn't work). Also would like to ask, why would you take 40% and then deduct your fees? Shouldn't you deduct any fees and then 40%? All in all I'm still injured and paying for everything out of my own pocket. He never fought for anything and with them all telling different stories there was no honesty. If like the phrase, "I can't" these are the guys for you. Wanna hear it I have acr app.
