My wife and I had an extremely good experience with Jason and Jennifer McCartha. Jason explained everything to us and his knowledge of estate planning is extensive. Bent over backwards to make sure we understood the process and our options. I cant say enough good things about them and the professional way we were treated. The McCartha Law Firm, LLC were very professional and yet personable in creating our necessary legal documents. They explained in details the requirements between establishing a Will and a Trust. All of our questions were answered and verified. My husband and I had recently moved to Alabama but yet still had family out of state. Alabama Law differs from where we came from in regards to Probate and we feel very much at ease now that we have made our Will's. We know that the surviving spouse and children will be taken care of.
