Would definatly recomend using John as your lawyer. He told me what he could do in my situation and did all that he said. I had FTAs for traffic violations that could have caused me to go to jail and affected my probation in another county. He was able to get me a new court date and handled all requirements before i ever showed up to court. I was even 1st and and 1st out in court because of his dilligently work and was able to avoid sitting in jail over a missed court date. Couldnt have asked for a better outcome.

After calling Mr Brinkley, he met me at my home. We discussed my need of legal assistance. From there on I had no doubt I was in good hands. It was without stress, with no question unanswered, and with full disclosure of the case flow. Case closed in my favor at a settlement exceeding our expectations. Mr Brinkley has my highest endorsement. Sure, I would call him again , you bet.

John is very dynamic and obviously knows how to negotiate with the other side. He appears to be very laid back and low key; he is certainly easy to work with, but he is, in fact, a piranha - or a shark!
John had advice on what steps to take during the time I was waiting for my case to go to trial. That satisfied the prosecutor and he got my case dismissed.
Not having this issue hanging over my head and the potential repercussions is a tremendous relief.

As a court appointed attorney he is petty, selfish and tries to solicits money on the side which is illegal.

In need of a keen lawyer-ninja when you're in that situation? Found myself in one of those recently. They tried pinning a DUI on me in addition to other traffic "charges". All charges dismissed. Standup man, professional, smooth operator, and honest. My future law needs has his business. A+!

Mr. Brinkley made my first experience with a lawyer very simple and guided me through the whole process. He and his staff our very friendly and provided immediate assistance and answers whenever I called or came by the office .

John has been a huge blessing in my life. I've hired him to represent me in two cases, and both times I've been extremely satisfied with his services. His rates were very reasonable. On one case, he spend a lot more time and effort than he originally anticipated would be necessary, and he didn't charge me a cent extra than our initially agreed upon deal.
But more important than money, John has a big heart. He is a very solid respectable lawyer, and I'll definitely be going to John again if I ever legal advice or representation.

I have retained John Brinkley, Jr. For multiple cases over the past 10 years, including DUI, child custody, and other misdeamenors. I was very satisfied with the service and results. He is very personable and knowledegeable. I appreciated the respect and confidence he had with me. I felt has though he "had my back" which decreased my fears related to the cases.
