It is hard to summarize my experience with this wonderful law office without writing an entire novel. I came to them a broken and distraught mother, simply trying to set up joint custody of my sweet 3 year old boy. They were immediately understanding and empathetic to my situation. They took their time to hear my entire explanation and then patiently explained the best path forward for the optimal solution. Ms. James did not sugar coat anything, and was upfront about all the possibilities. While it was sometimes a difficult to hear the truth, she did it out of pure honesty so that I could make the best decisions for the future of my family. Combine her expertise with Ms. Panter and their paralegal, Ms. Latham, I felt like I had an army supporting me. They answered every phone call, text message, and email promptly and thoroughly. In addition to the attorneys and paralegal that I worked with, the entire office staff was courteous and polite. I am sure I apologized a thousand times to all of them during the entire process, as it is hard to pursue a divorce without emotions. They reassured me constantly and with love. I was (and still am) impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. Not only did we achieve what we set out to achieve, but with the best possible outcome. I cannot thank them enough for helping me out during such a terrifying time in my life. I would recommend them to any and every person in need of an attorney. They truly care and have the interest of their client in their hearts. I would certainly consider them close friends.

I’m Brandi Wilson and client of David Pace. New Beginnings Family Law is an awesome firm. Everyone was so reassuring, understanding and kind. The first person I met was my attorney David Pace. He was a great listener and then very clear on what my options were. He is my third attorney to take my divorce case, but the first to actually finish the case. Others stopped working on the case because of my lack of money. David did not. He took my case at no cost. I am so thankful for his help. The next person I worked with was Brandy Moore, client care coordinator, who was very sweet and let me know that everyone in that office was there for me. The next person I worked with was Krissy Latham, the paralegal. She was awesome. Always had a great smile and helped me with specific wording and then explaining them to my husband. I didn’t want to sign the paperwork together, it would feel awkward to me, Krissy took the time to let us come in separately (despite they are taking my case cost-free) and explained everything to both of us. I can not leave out of this review the wonderfully sweet front desk associate. Everyone at this firm was amazing. I suggest this firm to anyone who is in need of family law. There are no words to express the amount of gratitude and appreciation I have for every single person with NBFL, especially David Pace. When I first met with Mr. Pace, I was completely distraught and thrown into a situation that made my worst nightmare come true - losing my children. From the very beginning, Mr. Pace and his team worked diligently and efficiently to make this nightmare disappear. They were there to always answer my questions, address my concerns, and always kept my financial situation in mind. They were always willing to work with me on payments, but they never sacrificed or compromised my case just because I couldn’t make a payment to them every single week. Mr. Pace provided me with his personal phone number so if I ever had any emergent concerns, I could call or text him and he would always help me understand what is going. While in court, Mr. Pace shows his 30+ years of experience. He has such great rapport with the judges and court staff that he can always be confident in the decision you dreadfully, impatiently, anxiously await. Mr. Pace was my saving grace, my confidante. For the first time, in a very long time, I felt like I finally had someone to fight the battle I became too tired to fight by myself. If for whatever reason I need a family lawyer in the future, Mr. Pace and NBFL will always be my go-to without any hesitation. They have been worth every single penny I have paid. When it comes to NBFL, you truly get what you pay for, and when it comes to your family - especially your children - there should never be a price tag!!

The entire staff I dealt with was professional, prompt, responsive, and most compelling for me...compassionate. There is a genuine sense of caring and concern for your clients. It greatly helped my mental and emotional state working through my divorce. Krissy Latham inparticular was fantastic. She made everything worry free and easy on my end.

I had a consultation today with Ruby regarding a divorce and was extremely disappointed with it. The entire time it felt like I was talking with an opposing attorney. Ruby was very judgemental and condescending. I am a stay at home mom hoping for support until I can get situated and Ruby acted as if I did not deserve it, several time suggesting I start looking for a job. My son has Becker’s Muscle Dystrophy and she did not take into account any needs he may have in the future and advised I get concret plans for him, which anyone remotely aware of the disease would know is impossible. It felt like after the first few minutes Ruby had already decided that I should only receive the bare minimum. I would not refer anyone to her, especially women. If I continue with the divorce I will not be using Ruby and the New Beginnings Law firm. My advise is to stay away and find a more considerate law firm that will actually have your best interest.

My great niece was placed into my home when she was 3 1/2 months old . After 2 months we were told she would be placed permanently with a relative that we didn't know and possibly with no visitation . We were devastated !. We were also told by her case workers and other attorneys it would be a wast of time and money to hire an attorney because of our circumstances. But at New Beginnings we were meet with a positive attitude a yes we can and we will attitude by the entire staff. Mr David Pace our attorney, and Miss Krissy Latham our paralegal worked many hours. We were kept informed about our case every steep of the way. Mr Pace always seamed to have confidence in our case He was upfront about what to expect there were no surprises . They listened to my fears about not getting to see our baby again . When She was 10 1/2 old months old the Judge granted custody to us. This week we are celebrating her first birthday.
