It's difficult to put in words just how amazing Amber in her staff are. I've had Amber as my lawyer since 2007 and have used her services many times. Through the years we have established a family like relationship. Amber is very kind, understanding, and passionate about helping others. She always has your best interest and is very knowledgeable and wise in her decisions. New Beginnings Family Law came into our life when we needed them the most. We used them for a custody matter for my husband's daughter. Her mother was alienating him. Amber and her team stepped in and walked us through the entire process. They were patient with me when I would call upset about something that had happened. Amber even spent her Sunday afternoon filing emergency pleadings when my step-daughter was moved to another state without our knowledge. My wife's mother found this firm through a friend who had used them for a stepparent adoption. Once I met Amber I knew she was the attorney for my custody case. Her Christian values drive how she conducts herself in business. She is also a strong advocate for father's rights. Her team explained legal terms and steps to the process. They are easy to get in touch with and have a great staff to help each client through very stressful times. I have recommended them to numerous people and will continue to do so.

Worst experience I've ever had dealing with attorneys. I live out of state and they treated me like a stranger. I couldn't get a return phone call from my attorney after three months, they billed me for every email and phone call, and they didn't listen to any of my requests. After the entire ordeal, I spent almost $7K without ever seeing a court date, still having a future trial with no representation, and still overpaying for the child support amount for which I originally hired them for ten months earlier. It was clear that they were familiar enough with the other attorney to know their moves, but did nothing to counter. They basically facilitated everything between the opposing attorney with me without ever giving proper counsel, or fighting back on my behalf. It was truly the filthiest experience of my life getting charged that much for attorney's to do nothing but get their paralegal to push paperwork for them. NOT recommended for anyone living out of state.

This business is phenomenally personal. For what was a terrifying situation, they were welcoming, inclusive, efficient, and personable. Every visit to the office was friendly and familiar. Every decision was followed by expedited action. I am so grateful that a potentially miserable process was made so much easier.
