My husband and I hired Sarah Meigs as our attorney and it was one of the worst decisions we ever made! Not only where we going for for a year plus but her communication was very poor. They were so much things we found out that could’ve been different after hiring a new lawyer. We found out that the original documentation was filed under juvenile court when it was supposed to be filed under circuit court, meaning we have to literally start the process all over again which is something that the lawyer should have caught. It was a very frustrating process! I felt like we were getting forced to settle on things that we felt strongly against! Absolutely no resolution just wasted time and money. (Over a year) this process have taught me not everyone is for you and do your research before hiring a lawyer don’t just go based off of words but action

Amy and Sarah are by far the best legal representation I have ever had. I came to them with a complicated and extremely important time sensitive issue and they delivered more then I could have hoped for. Amy is professional, knowledgeable and very good at what she does. She has earned my patronage and respect. I would give this law firm 6 stars if I could.

Great attorney and have always used and trusted Amy for legal opinions for the past 20 years. It pays to have the best when it comes to family issues as they are stressful and wisdom from someone to guide you is the critical factor and Amy knows what is needed.

Mr Ryan might know his business, although I’m still unsure, as he was very abrasive and evasive after charging my family $600.00 for 2 phone calls which in no way helped us with the legal decision making .. I would think twice before using this attorney.

You will never regret! I was referred to Sarah by a close friend. At my consultation I knew I had picked a good one! Sarah was very knowledgeable, professional, responsive, loving and caring and she told me things that I wasn’t aware of (my rights)! She gave me every detail of what she was doing and why she was having to do it. What I like the most about her is that she’s very down to earth, straight forward in a professional way and make you feel comfortable and more relaxed. With my situation I didn’t trust anyone and I hesitated about who should I go with for an attorney but I trusted the process. And I do not regret anything about it! If I had to do it all over again I would start with Sarah! No matter what time of day or night I reached out to her I had a response within a hour or two. One thing I can tell you is in your process you’re not waiting for Sarah on why something is holding up the process you’re waiting on the judge/whoever because Sarah stays on top of everything. This woman is AMAZING at what she does!! Thank you Sarah for everything you have done for me. The was a hard process to go through but you gave me hope and made it less stressful for me to handle. Amy Slayden is an excellent lawyer. She is patient and professional. She represented me during a very contentious and difficult divorce litigation. She was compassionate and fair as well. She worked with with opposing counsel and helped us when we had to go to court and helped me ultimately settle out of court favorably. I can’t recommend her and her office enough!

She smiled in my face made me feel she had my best interest at heart. And didn’t even stand in the court during the testimony of my divorce. She did not represent me to the best and I lost it all because of the lack of effort and compassion for my case. It was all about the money

Mrs. Amy Slayden is very professional and really knows her craft. She’s very patient and responsive to all of my queries regarding divorce. I was from another country and knows nothing about the matter but she eased my worries and really worked on for me and my kids. She tells you the hard truth straight so you know what to expect. I would highly recommend her. In addition, her whole staffs are very welcoming.

I can't say enough good things about Sarah Meigs. She was exactly what I needed for my situation and still helps with advice. She faught to negotiate more visitation time for my boys and me. Five stars are not enough
