Mr. Lambert or Don as I call him now has been a truly outstanding advocate for me & my family. We've employed him in three very different matters and been more than satisfied in each case. The first was his advising my now wife regarding our prenuptial contract. My attorney from where I grew up recommended him but Don gave advice that was in her best interest not mine. The second was an incredibly complicated real estate dispute involving many parties one being a major international bank. Though it took nearly three years due it's nature & some obstinance by the other parties it was settled to our benefit. Don & his partner in this matter were as diligent, appropriately aggressive & effective with the opposition while being patient & reassuring to us in what was a protracted and stressful time in our life. Finally, though it in fact occurred in the middle of the aforementioned, was a criminal matter involving a younger member of our family. Though unpleasant by its nature as well as frustrating. Don's performance was exemplary. He could not have been more caring or effective & for that I am truly grateful. This truly is the most incompetent lawyer I have ever had the displeasure of working with on my case for over a year. He kept telling me that he was a judge and he made so many promises and claims to me in writing and verbally that he never acted on. He billed erroneously and inconsistently. He failed to submit exhibits needed in the case. He showed up unprepared and did not address the items you were in court to discuss. He abandoned me and quit right after court and would not even get on the elevator with me and my family after I questioned him as to why he came unprepared and he didn't ask the judge any of the items we were in court to discuss and his great response was that I should look for a new attorney. My advice to you is to STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS ONE!! He says one thing to you and does something completely different in court.

The nicest man, and he had the answers I was looking for but, conditionally said if he had any questions re one aspect, he wouldn't hesitate to ask or consult with one of his attorney friends who dealt in this matter often. That's being truthful, sincere and looking after my interests I feel !!

Mr lambert is quite knowledgeable when it comes to the law and he will make sure you know your rights, will give you a worst case and best case scenario. He will sit with you personally and help you win your case. I was very impressed by how he presented himself in court and how he reviewed everything I provided to him to make sure I remained the legal parent of my child. I highly recommend Mr lambert.

Was extremely helpful, and a pleasure to be able to have hired, if going to have to spend x-amount of dollars for legal help anyway. I would much rather my money be going to someone who is trustworthy and can rightfully and legally help me out with what I needed to do within my rights as a citizen. Helped get on deferral program for my first offense DUI, recommended a treatment center, and I am now on the right path to doing something with my life. I owe this man a lot, more than can be simply expressed in monetary standards..
