I was wrongfully named in a civil suit. I was able to contact Mr Ward, discuss the situation and explain my concerns. He was able to quickly put a game plan together, and inform me of what would be the best course of action. We gathered the appropriate documents and he immediately contacted the opposing counsel and they were able to file the motion to quash and remove me from the suit within 48 hours. Mr ward was very easy to communicate with and explained all the proceedings in detail without legal jargon. I would highly recommend Mr Ward to anyone looking for legal counsel.
