Jacob Maples is a wonderful lawyer he helped me with my workman's comp claim all of my questions were answered and I understood what was going on he fought for me all the way . It seems like to me based on his reviews he only works with certain people. The way this law firm responded to the last review shows lack of communication and complaints. It also shows a lot about the character and energy that is being given. Instead of dismissing the issue I suggest that the firm should have handled it better than that. Please do not give this place your services until they learn how to value and respect women. I am not a client. I just came across the reviews and I did not receive his response to a review let as professional but as dismissive and unprofessional. Treat everyone with the same respect as you would want to be treated.

Mr. Richardson is not taking the matters that has been brought to his attention seriously. I have sent and responded to his email. He has yet to contact me back and I had to search for his number on here. He is not being professional if you ask me as it pertains to the safety and well being of children. This is a very serious situation that has been brought to his attention and he is making me seem as though he could care less. The last time I talked to him was on Wednesday and he told me on Tuesday he would respond. Today is now the end of Tuesday and yet Mr. Richardson have not tried to contact me at all. He has still yet to respond to my emails and his receptionist said there is no protocol for response time which is not good business practices. He doing a poor job of showing his concern about his job. Notice I never said I was a client. Mr. Richardson contacted me on the behalf of his client and never responded again. Which is why I said he was unprofessional. He also had no respect for the pronouncing of my last name which already is a sign of disrespect. So my claims are valid and stills stands. I do NOT recommend anyone using his services.

Jacob Maples truly cares about his clients and works hard to ensure they receive the compensation they deserve. You’re more than just a “number” to him and feel that personal relationship any time you need his services. I’ve handled Social Security disability cases for 14 years now and Jacob and I have had dozens of mutual clients over the years. Every single one of those clients has praised Jacob and his staff. I can’t imagine referring injured individuals to any other attorney.
