I’ve heard nothing but great things about them, however it’s pointless to offer online appointments and show plenty all week only to call and say you are two weeks out and cancel. Keep your online booking closer to what you actually have

Attorney jamie stephens is the worst lawyer I've ever had to work with. Felt like she was working with DA when it came to getting my love one out of jail. In almost 7 months she only visit the client once and was ask numerous time than. She has a very bad attitude and ask him to plea guilty before even reading his case fully. I don't recommend this firm for no one. We had to call her from the jail phones which is recorded just to communicate with her. She hasn't tried hard to get any body cam and told me oh well stat doesn't have to show it.

They should have named the firm Bad news bears being that's the only news jamie stephens ever have or try to get. If u are black I would advise you to get rid of this public attorney that was designed for the system to fail you. It's all a game you have to fight the DA the court appointed which is her and the ex DA judge..good luck cause you're gonna need it

They are professional and really go above and beyond to get the issues resolved. Was great to work with.

Requiring a $300 consultation fee that isn’t listed on the website when you set up an appointment but cancelling your appointment when you don’t know is not a fair way to treat a family that’s obviously dealing with stuff. REPLY TO THEIR REPLY: My email confirmation stated no requirement of a deposit, or I would have easily paid. The appointment setting process also didn’t mention a fee. Even when I called and discussed it over the phone with somebody at your firm, I was told it is not on the website and that you find that out during the conversation with the firm. I was able to acquire other assistance where they were upfront about the fees and already feel more comfortable. I do hope you help many families and maybe make the fee known in the online appointment making process or the confirmation email. Have a good day.
