I hired Jordan Butler for a grandparents visitation case. I had raised my granddaughter for most of her life and we had a strong and loving relationship. I had been a constant presence in her life since birth, supporting her emotionally and financially so I was blindsided to learn that there is no such thing as grandparents rights in Alabama; however, Jordan took my case. From the beginning Jordan had to navigate not only the father’s multitude of false allegations but also Alabama Family Law and the emotions of a grandmother’s heartbreak and fear. While preparing for trail, many times, he had to rein me in because I was so sure all we needed was my truth. In the end, he blew opposing counsel away during the hearing with a steady presentation of facts resulting in my win. I will forever be grateful!
