Before I hired Mr. Lusk, I hired an attorney whose prices were much more affordable. It was horrible. This is not a service that you should go with the low cost option. If there is any way possible, use a good attorney. It's crucial. Mr. Lusk and his associates are expensive, but I do not regret hiring them. In fact, I wish I had used them from the beginning of my case. Everyone I interacted with at Lusk and Lusk was professional, kind, and honest. Mr. Lusk could have made a lot more money off me by making false promises, but he was straight forward and realistic with me. But he also explained the other options in great detail until I felt I understood the situation well enough to make an informed decision. He never told me what to do. I believe that my outcome was the best it could be for the situation I was in, and that Mr. Lusk gave me excellent counsel at every step. When you're going through something as horrible as divorce, you want a top tier legal team like Lusk and Lusk on your team.

Jonathan Lusk and his team aggressively defended me in a highly contested divorce where several false allegations were made against me by the other side. Mr. Lusk handled my divorce years ago. He completely failed at explaining family law to me and really took advantage of my situation. His legal counsel ended up costing me so much money and was a really bad agreement that I’m still suffering from. I would not recommend anyone hire him for family law needs.
