I consulted with Ms. Panter on a very convoluted case. She was very patient, understanding, and kind. She gave great advice on how to prep, what she would ask for in court if she were opposing counsel, and was simply amazing. I wish I could find her again (she left New Beginnings) to officially hire her.

Ruby Panter represented me during a divorce that I hadn't planned to have to initiate and she was wonderful! She was steadfast, kind, and professional. I chose New Beginnings Family Law after reading Amber Yerkey James's profile on Avvo, and her goals for her legal practice. Both Ruby Panter and Amber chose to represent me, and I cannot express how fantastic they both are and what an incredible a job they did. Even when Ruby as injured during the course of my legal battle, she did not let her injury or even surgery stop her from working on my case and making sure that my family was taken care of. The entire law firm exceeded my expectations in every way. Every single person I interacted with cared about my case and my child. They worked with me on payments when my finances took a turn for the worse, they advised me on ways I could help my daughter when her mental health took a turn for the worse, and they went above and beyond during our year and a half legal battle. I encountered many lawyers trying to peruse a divorce over several years. Not one of them can measure up to Ruby. From the first consultation until the end of my divorce she was by my side offering advice and helping me every step of the way. I didn't feel like a dollar amount I her I felt she cared for me and the outcome of my situation. Hopefully I never have to go through this again, but if I did my first call would be Ruby.

Ms. Panter took on my case, that wasn't exactly her area of expertise, last minute and when I wasn't even sure that I needed legal representation. My daughter had accused an extended family member of sexual assault to a school counselor and we were contacted by a DHR social worker to attend a investigating interview. Never having dealt with anything like this, I didn't know what to expect but wanted to be prepared for anything thrown our way. Ruby met with me and my husband to discuss details of what would and could possibly happen. She advised me ahead of my meetings with DHR and gave me the confidence and courage I needed to get through those interviews. She attended the meeting with us as support. It turned out that we didn't end up needing legal aide, but I will never regret seeking her advice. She made one of the hardest days of my life a little easier because I felt prepared to answer tough questions and knew a little more about what I was heading into with DHR. I'll forever be grateful to her and the whole team at New Beginnings Family Law. I'd like to add that my daughter is doing well and we're continuing counseling with her, which was also a recommendation from Ms. Panter. I would definitely recommend her to anyone I knew needing legal advice.
