I had a terrible experience with the office staff of my apartment complex, who was leveraging their corporate offices resources at my expense, and others living there [not just me]. After this complex repeatedly sent notices of eviction, without probable cause, I was so distressed and needed help understanding what was happening. The office refused to speak to me and, instead, took advantage of the fact that I had no help in the short amount of time they gave me to vacate. I was at a loss and didn't know what to do. I searched and searched and was able to reach out to J.P., it was the best thing I could have done and will continue to do until this ordeal is finished. J.P. knew exactly what was happening to me and he had a lot of knowledge when if came to unprofessional or unlawful things that happen to unwitting tenants, and I was able to get valuable education on how to view the situation in order to go about mitigating what I can, and chalking up the rest as a lesson learned because the complex staff weren't honorable. There were signs, I've just not seen anything like it before, now I know. After we spoke, my gosh, such a relief... I felt I knew exactly what I was dealing with, what to look for, and how to look out for myself. Because of J.P., I don't feel alone in this anymore. Even if the office gets away with suspicious dealings, as a lot of them can, I feel that I can do this the best way possible, having his professional support to buffer all the pitfalls.
