I recently moved here from IL. Needing to have a new trust and directives drafted up I ran across Valley Elder Care by chance. Having been a trustee in the past I found the importance of having a trust so that probate could be avoided and that my wishes were carried out the way I wanted in the event I no longer was able to do so for myself. After I met Zach and some of the staff I felt comfortable and confident that everything would be explained thoroughly and my questions would be answered. My wife and I had Zach and his team draw up our estate documents, the process was seamless and easy. The documents were written in such a way that even a layman could understand the wording. It’s not exactly an exciting thing to spend money on, but at the end of the day my wife and I feel that our estate plan will be hassle free for our children to execute when the time comes.
