I recently worked with Attorney Plyant on resolving a dispute regarding a real estate transaction. He did a superb job in answering all my questions within a timely manner and making sure I understood my choices. It was important to me to not feel rushed or pushed into making decisions too quickly. He showed great patience and care in representing me and working to resolve the issue at hand in a satisfactory manner. I am so impressed with him that I plan to go back for future estate planning services.

We contacted Martinson & Beason, using their online form, for our estate planning on the recommendation of my sister and got a quick response from Will Pylant. We wanted wills, POA, advance directives, the works, before our big vacation, which was in just a week. The next business day we were interviewed by Will and the draft documents were provided for review in two days by Stephanie Nunez. We requested minor changes and were able to sign the next day. All in all, a very personable and responsive team and a great pleasure to work with.

He is very personable while maintaining a professional demeanor. Having slipped my mind, I truly appreciated that he inquired about my Health Directive and Power of Attorney, which were in need updating. He was able to draft the Will, Health Directive and Power of Attorney and send them for my review within a day and schedule the signing and execution of documents within another 2 days. Even a last minute change was made on the spot. I am completely satisfied with the documents prepared and executed and manner in which Mr. Pylant did so.
