Not a very good defense attorney my wife got out of court and then he got pulled over by the soon to be sheriff snotty and now he won't respond to my wife's phone call and he doesn't want to listen to what you got to say he always wants to blah blah blah blah blah blah I do not recommend this lawyer you would not listen to anything I had to say anything he just kept saying stay away even if they was doing something like menacing trying to provoke people over the fence he would not respond to my wife's needs he still won't answer her call no this is not a real lawyer there's someone that got through school I'm trying to get by I do not recommend he's scared of Winston county or something

Mr Waits is a breath or fresh air. I haven’t had many interactions with lawyers. However, I imagined it would have gone differently. Mr Waits worked with me directly to quickly address my situation. He diligently took notes and delivered the outcome he speculated he could with no additional correspondence. I didn’t have to fumble through his secretary or play phone tag. He personally called me to discuss relevant topics. He handled the situation so I could focus where I needed to. Mr Waits is a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him for traffic issues.
