I have worked with Cody Poe on a couple of different collection law suit issues. He is always available whenever I speak to him and very personable. Cody not only represents you but also helps you understand what's happening step by step. I can say that in my many years of working for Attorneys and dealing with Attorneys in my line of work, he is the most down to earth and hard working Attorney that I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend this Law Firm if you are looking for representation in any of the areas that they practice law in. I can highly recommend Greg Vaughn. He listens throughly and with understanding. He negotiates extremely well. When I got hit by a drunk driver, he made sure that I got the medical care I needed and that the insurance company paid me a fair settlement. He also kept me informed through the whole process, explaining everything as we went. His office staff is also fantastic to work with, friendly and knowledgable.

Mr Baxter helped me with the redemption process for a tax lien. I was honest and upfront. I was kept up to date and everything regarding my tax lien. In the end, I received everything that was due to me plus the interest.
