Update: I was very happy with my services until it came to the next step of my case. I have tried repeatedly to contact Mr Parker…by phone, text and email. It’s been at least a month. I even hired and paid a private investigator to obtain information to move forward with the second half of the case. I am really disappointed at this point. Don’t do business with someone NOT willing to finish what was started. Wonderful experience!! I have been so stressed about going to court with my tenants that stopped paying rent. I decided to hire, Mr. Parker. It was the best decision to let him handle everything. He made the process pain free. In court he obtained the best possible ruling for me. Don’t hesitate to hire him.

This was our first eviction and we didn’t know what to expect as for as the process and how long it will take especially due to todays climate dealing with the pandemic. John was able to streamline the process remarkably and got it done in a respectable timeframe. Communication was done mostly by email so it was easier to revert back to take care of what was needed.
