I would use her again for future needs.

My bride and I made the difficult but necessary decision that we had to gain custody of my son in October of 2013. We partnered with Ginger Pike and filed the motion. We were awarded custody on August 11, 2016. The last sentence you read was unfortunately not a typo. We were on that roller coaster for 34 months. Please be aware that our case was the exception, not the rule but Ginger was there with and for us the entire time. I've never experienced a person fight so hard and for so long on behalf of someone else. Ginger is a tireless gladiator for her clients. She is the epitome of a professional and is truly an incredible human being. Throughout our ordeal she wasn't only our lawyer, she became one of our best friends! I can't say enough about how hard Virginia worked on my case! She is professional, and very efficient. She never failed to get back with me in a timely manner. She is kind , caring and compassionate. Ms. Pike was very much hands on and actively involved in helping me thru a very trying case against my babies daddy who was trying to get custody of my twins thru lies and misrepresenting facts. He used details against that he was just as guilty of and tried to play the innocent card. Ms. Pike was very instrumental in proving the truth of the case and I still have custody of my babies now.

Ms. Pike has been my family's attorney on several occassions for a variety of issues, all with successful results. Currently she is preparing my husband's and my estate plans, however, in the past she has helped family with custody issues, divorces, real estate as well as a few other things. Ms. PIke is ethical beyond the pale. She is pleasant to work with; she has a vast knowlege of law but made us feel comfortable with the terms, not speaking down to us lay people. Ms. Pike is very responsive but careful. She will not give an answer or advise until she knows what is correct. Her rates are also very reasonable. I will not ever use another attorney unless Ms. Pike is unavailable or it is for a case not in her specialty. Highly recommended!

I hired G. Virginia Pike to handle my divorce case and I was not disappointed. I was fairly new in town and due to my circumstances I needed to retain an attorney rather quickly. Ginger came highly recommended and handled my case with the utmost professionalism. She worked hard and was very thorough. When there was a new development or a change during the course of the case, she reviewed it with me along with all of the possible alternatives. There were times when I thought I would lose my mind, i.e. the other party threatening to sue for lost wages, etc., Ginger fought for me and was successful in getting several things "thrown out". She personally helped me through each and every matter. With her knowledge, experience and willingness to challenge, we were ultimately able to settle the case without a lengthy court battle which made me extremely happy.
