Mary Kristen is hands down the best attorney in the Mobile area. She has represented me in family court multiples times and we have never left court disappointed. She is the best.

Best law firm in the area. Kayla is very responsive.Mk is compassionate, and knowledgeable about all things family law. When she is in the court room she speaks with confidence because she actually takes the time to know all the ins and out of her client’s case. All thanks to the Galanos firm I now have sole legal and physical custody of my daughter.

Sometimes in life we have to fight for those who can’t fight themselves. The journey may not always be easy but we do what we are called to do! I couldn’t imagine taking such a leap without someone like Mary Kristen Galanos by my side! She has a good head on her shoulders and is not afraid to speak her mind !! I will say that MK was more than just an attorney during the time she worked on the case for my family. She became our friend! We contacted Mary Kristen almost 2 years ago to represent our son in a very complicated divorce/custody case. His now "ex-wife" had run off to another state with their daughter, and refused to give him any information as to her whereabouts or well-being. Mary Kristen not only guided us, but was able to obtain an emergency return of custody order to get our granddaughter returned to our son. After fighting a long jurisdiction issue, Mary Kristen was able to obtain not only the divorce our son sought, but he was also awarded full physical custody of his daughter. Mary Kristen maintained full command of every detail of our case. She took time to explain the law to us, and communicated every step of the way. She is caring and compassionate, but more importantly , she is in total control in the courtroom. She will be our family's attorney for life, but we also consider her a friend. If you are in a custody battle, you've got one shot to get it right. I wouldn't put my money with ANYONE else. Mary Kristen, and her amazing staff will get the results you are looking for!!!

MK is an amazing attorney! She listens, talks to you honestly and works really hard to make sure the right outcome happens in your case. I hired her for a custody matter and 10 out of 10 would recommend. My child’s father hired a very reputable attorney in Mobile and the other attorneys I consulted with prior to finding MK instilled no confidence in me about my case or the opposing counsel. In fact I was told the outcome I got out of my case would never happen. MK completely turned my case around, because of her I have full sole custody of my child and I will forever be thankful to her! If I could do one thing differently I would have hired her sooner. I hope this helps whoever reads this into making the best decision for themself and their children. I know I did!

A couple of years ago I was going through one of the most difficult times in my life. I was in a custody battle for my kids and was uncertain if I would be able to get custody of them, especially being the dad. I found Mary Kristen and hired her as my lawyer. She was nothing but spectacular! Her knowledge and ability was detrimental in achieving the best outcome and because of her hard work and dedication I won custody of my 2 kids! Mary Kristen was always able to answer questions or guide me when I was feeling anxious. She was quick to respond to my emails or to provide me with updates in the case. The day this picture was taken, was a day I'll never forget. It was the day WE WON!! The stress of my children's lives being flipped, was over! It could have ended with the wrong attorney to handle my custody case, and maybe that attorney would have been urged me to settle prior to trial. But MK is a fighter!
