Good people I'm happy with my service. Experienced professional fair

When I asked for help when I called the person that answered the phone was trying to hurry me up off. Telling me hold on and what do I need. So I hung up. I would not recommend this individuals due to lack of been professional and respectful.

I dont normally leave reviews but I got charged a 100 consultation fee to be told how much the case was going to cost Peggy " bottom line its going to cost 3,000 upfront and 600 to file the papers and another 2000 by the time we go to court. Thats ridiculous to be charged $100 to be on the phone for 15 minutes and to be told the cost. Sorry but I would not choose this firm off my experience I had during the consultation.

Peggy Nikolakis handled my now wife’s divorce. We chose her because she had been our principal in elementary school and thought highly of her. It was a catastrophe. She was very knowledgeable and talked a great game but when it was time for business, things went south quickly. There was no communication. Peggy would say one thing and her staff would say something totally different. When it came time for an emergency custody hearing, all we knew was the date and time. Peggy had not told us which courtroom nor had she told us we needed to have witnesses present. She said this was a simple and quick procedure. My wife had to call her soon to be ex to find out what courtroom because Peggy’s office had not returned repeated phone calls. Because no witnesses were there on our behalf and Peggy had not familiarized herself with the case, it looked like a circus. Needless to say, the stumbling and fumbling by the attorney appeared to be deceitful so custody was granted to the father. Thankfully, he was nice enough to agree to shared custody and had his attorney track down Peggy. My wife nor I were allowed to address these issues with Peggy. Anytime we brought up her shortcomings or tried to tell her that her staff didn’t return phone calls or made some type of mistake, she got defensive to the point of raising her voice. In the end, my wife got her ex husband to settle and she walked away from everything, even though she was the only one who worked the entire marriage. She was afraid that Peggy would do even more damage. After all, she had already cost her the child. The only reason there is one star is because I had to put at least one to write a review. It was a nightmare and I hope no one ever goes through what we did with this attorney.

Peggy truly cares about the well being of the children. I'm was blessed to have her as an attorney. Because of peggy I have all 3 of my children in Texas.
