Very nice over the phone

Worked dilugently with them (both SS and VA) over the course of the last few years. Unfortunately, my social security disability was denied dye to time out if work?a and the following appeal was also denied. I realize this is not solely on this lawfirm, as I did have a few people who I felt worked hard for me in this area. What I will say, is that overall, I felt underprepared, undervalued, and like I was "just a number" to them while going through the process. I realize they only get paid if I do, but that shows a bit too much. Utilize at your own risk. Now, as far as the other, I 100% DO NOT recommend the VA Disability portion of this lawfirm. I had a number of back and forth calls that I worked with, a number of loops to jump through, and because of Covid I was told THEY would have to wait to get the remaining documents verified when "everything opened again." Today, 12 MONTHS later, I had to call myself to see where we were in the process, only to be told that, "because I didn't get the forms FOR THEM during Covid (when even tbey couldn't), NOTHING had been done since..." So, they are supposedly working FOR you, only, they are not. They are supposedly gathering remaining documents and verifying your evidence with physicians, FOR you, only they are not. I have now lost ANOTHER year while waiting for attorneys that literally did NOTHING for my VA claim (including CALL ME) in the last year! Such a sad waist of time.
